What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional phone number, selected topic, and message text. When you set a cookie preference, we store that choice in your browser’s local storage under the key api-channel-consent.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Purposes and legal bases

We use inquiry data to read, respond to, and scope a possible consulting engagement (contractual steps at your request and legitimate interest in operating our business). Consent preferences are stored to honour your choice about non-essential storage as described on the Cookie notice.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-on engagement, then deleted or archived according to our internal records policy unless law requires longer storage. Consent records in local storage remain until you clear them or change your choice via the banner.

Sharing

Inquiry data is handled by our same-domain form endpoint (POST /api/inquiry) and is not sold. Processors (such as email or ticketing tools) may be used only where needed to respond to you; we do not list unrelated third-party marketing recipients.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we control, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact us at info@api-channel.digital to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect inquiry data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest on systems we control.
